Laudir Lugo is a Young Life director on Chicago's Northwest side. He was born and raised in the Logan Square-Bucktown/Humboldt Park community of Chicago. He has been involved in urban ministry and international missions for most of his life. Laudir is a pastor's kid, who began preaching in churches and in the streets at the age of 16. Laudir has been a church planter and pastor since 1999, when he and his wife Sarai planted a church in downtown Waukegan IL, where he served as pastor until September 2010. He is committed to serving people and encouraging them to “Follow Jesus always, and make followers for Him everywhere”.
Laudir and Sarai Lugo are happily married since 1994; they have two sons, Azarel and Caleb.
